    The rain coat/package was delivered to the incorrect mailbox at the 247 unit condo complex where I live. So far, whoever received the rain coat hasn’t returned to USPO or at my front door. The seller was excellent in shipping fast and charged a fair price. USPO is investigating, but won’t hold my breath relying on them.
