    The microscope was packaged with care and the box was placed in a larger box for extra crush protection. The package arrived on time but was missing a small part. Seller quickly addressed the issue and went out of their way to have a replacement arm shipped directly to me. After finishing the installation, all items on the microscope worked as they should.
