  Even though it was packaged extremely well, a small piece of the plastic cracked and scratched the dvd in a couple of places causing movie to freeze and one skip that took out about 10 minutes of the film. No fault of the seller, California Postal Service takes great pride in seeing how badly they can damage a shipment. Contacted seller and with minutes, literally, I had a refund. Amazing customer service, have already placed another order for another Hindi film. I highly recommend this seller.

  Speedy delivery directly by USPS and Royal Mail all the way to UK in a few days (while other Sellers' items bought before or at same time under eBay's frankly in my opinion and experience useless Global Shipping Program still stuck days and days later in the US awaiting courier number 2 to label up before being handed to yet another third party handler overseas!)
