EBAY HAD TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. Seller sent me some super olde water equipment that was so olde the discolored glue was hard and not sticking. I sent seller the pictures after I opened them. Seller made me jump through hoops with a dispute and delayed responding. She responded that since I opened the package to find the broke down equipment, they were no longer in the broke down condition she sent them??? Because I opened the package??? She should open and inspect all items before sending!
