    I never received the items. Seller did NOT reach out to make it better. Very disappointed. I tried several times to contact seller through their eBay web page and it just took me in circles. I had to maneuver another time consuming way. When seller finally responded they left no reliable updated information for my questions.Alll was left as it was before. I did not know if I was to receive my purchase after waiting a month. Very frustrating!

    First, this order was shipped on time to HI, for which we paid a significant amount for shipping, more than the cost of the order itself (resulting in a negative profit). Contacted USPS, and they did not have an update on(tracking # 9434636202447274684520, therefore, we provided a refund for your order. Thank you for your order. We have learned a valuable lesson; thus, we are changing our policy to no longer ship to Hawaii.
