When I reported this to the seller he quickly initiated a search for the "missing package." From there the seller kept me well informed as to the search for my purchase.     Shipping was super fast and arrived a day ahead of schedule, good heavy duty box and well packaged, the skates are actually 3.0 and not 1.0 pro model but otherwise the blades are fairly sharp and skates are in good overall condition as described.
