  Perfect transaction in all regards. Product is precisely as pictured and infact I would say much better in hand. It arrived much sooner than originally stated (a whole week early) and regardless of the early nature I was kept informed of shipping progress (still the early was unexpected good). It must also be noted that this shop went over and above on service by looking some special material up for me even after the sale was complete. Excellent excellent value in the shopping experience.

  The package arrived well in good time. Concerning the packaging, while I appreciate the care taken, I would have preferred it if the item was not wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. It was also in a bubble envelope which I can reuse, however wrapped in brown paper would have sufficed. We all need to be mindful about reducing our constant use of plastic in our daily lives. The item is exactly as described, however, was priced more than other similar items.

  Ottima comunicazione, spedizione veloce, libri erano in ottime condizioni,.come descritti, imballati molto bene. Altamente consigliato. L'unica cosa è che avrei preferito che le email di DHL fossero state inviate direttamente da DHL, e non da eBay, dove bisogna effettuare il login ogni volta. Inoltre, il sito web di DHL questa volta non elencava punti di ritiro adatti, anche se ce ne sono diversi nella mia zona.
