I received the item. However the description images are misleading. It clearly shows that it comes with something that is not included. When asked the seller, replied in a rude defensive manner and in a mocking way. I don't usually have this type of problem. Most sellers are true to what they sell and helpful if anything isn't ok. However this seller selling a high value item, did not meet our expectations and denied solutions. I wouldn't deal with this seller. Avoid at all costs. Not good here.

The three turns of stator and rotor you want are suitable for a 5.5KW machine. This machine is 2.2KW and is only suitable for two turn models. The machine comes with a two turn stator and rotor, and the machine is not lacking in accessories. Forcibly replacing three rounds of accessories can easily burn out the motor. You are willing to pay the fee, and I am also willing to sell accessories, but we are responsible to customers and do not sell unsuitable accessories at will.

Please beware of this seller. He is deceptive n doesn't care. Chocolate fountain described as a “New Open Box Item.”’ NOTE that this buyer had changed d description to ‘ used’ after I challenged him that d product had scratches n dents n was very used n defective when I received it. I couldn't get it to work n I paid over $400 for this damaged product. It is now useless and seller had stopped responding to my message. I will be contacting Ebay. I never experience issue with Ebay over 10 yrs.

We reply to every letter you send and also inform you of the solution. You have not provided specific information about the machine, and you do not want to return it. We can only refund you after the machine is returned.

My order arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the item is defective. There is evidence that our item was already repaired/altered, but it showed up and won't work. Although the item description states that they will refund or return the item in such a situation, they have not done so yet. Moreover, they seem quite unwilling to communicate and move forward with the return/refund process.

You said there was something wrong with the machine long after you received it, and we provided you with a repair plan. You insisted on returning the goods and we offered you a return labal. Received returned machine, heavy use, we power test can work. You didn't just leave a bad review, you slandered it. If you no longer need it after using, we will also agree to return it, but this is not ethical.
