    The quality is excellent IMO. The condition is reconditioned and looks brand new. $316.00 tax and shipped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately I forgot to add the $20.00 off so I didn’t save which basically would have cancelled tax. I assumed it had a blade as the pictures showed the blade but it doesn’t say either way in the description. Overall I’m very happy just wished I saw the coupon before ordering.
