After an initial delay caused by an addition to my order, the delivery was just as scheduled. The package arrived with some tears in the shipping carton but that was a UPS issue not Top Mobility. Item was as advertised and mostly assembled. Additional cost involved with installation of the wiring harness for the power but this was expected. Overall, the item is what I had needed and delivery was as advertised.

HARD NO on purchasing this product from this vendor. While there is only the normal one sentence Ebay return policy stated on the product info listing, after the purchase is complete you receive an email that is full of requirements for any possible return (25% or more restocking fee, and other conditions that must be met to secure any amount of refund.) The box arrived in horrible condition and the cart had no instructions and was missing parts and is broken. Just buy it new on Amazon!
