I received my scissors in good time, given it came from o/s. Unfortunately, the supplier packed a European adaptor, so I was not able to use the scissors in Australia. I would have expected a new plug to have been despatched immediately, but the supplier said that postage was too costly. After a couple of weeks of negotiations, I received a refund of $25, which I think is fair, but I still had to find the appropriate adaptor. Having said that, the scissors are fantastic and do an excellent job.
