It is nicer when there is actually "tracking" info on a package. I was advised when it was shipped but no progress info was ever posted during the package journey. It arrived within the time frame quoted however. The product seems very sturdy and should stop the rattling and shaking I get from my receiver hitch. Heavy duty.

Seller listed an item description that matches what we needed and then sent the total wrong part. He blamed us for not contacting him first and would never offer a solution in the email that took 24 hrs to get each time. Was not helpful at all and then accepted a return and tried to offer less. Supposed to have gotten a shipping label for return and he said he was unable to provide one. Had to get refund from eBay. Worst customer service
