    The player arrived weeks earlier than I expected. It was packed securely and works fine. However, several weeks after its early arrival, I received numerous emails saying it was arriving, then delivered AGAIN. It was NOT delivered again, and those emails were a scam. I do not know if it was from this seller, but someone, somehow got my information and was trying to get me to click a link in their email.

    The manufacturer had changed the design on this system, which makes it practically useless. Of course, this is not the seller’s fault ! But seller was willing to take it back, refund the shipping costs and send me an old set he had in store. So, great service and great help. Great communication too ! Thanks you very much !

    I did receive the product and had to return it as it did not work with ASI air. This amount did not have go to capability, which makes it very hard to use the plan mode. The Cell was grateful enough to offer returned right away when I provided him documentation and paid for a FedEx return back to the warehouse in the US. As soon as I provide a tracking number a refund was made for shipping and the product. I will do business with them again.

    The first thing I experienced was the fast shipping! At first I got a bogus tracking number, but the seller jumped on it right away and got me a proper one by the next day. Packaging was very good but the shippers manhandled the box and beat it up. Luckily I was able to fix what the post office did and my unit works fine. I'd buy from this seller again and will do so in the near future AAA+
