Item that was delivered was an used and an open package item. Additionally, it was curved up down instead of forward back. The picture is misleading. I requested a full refund including shipping as the item was supposed to be new but was in fact previously opened. I went back and forth in communication with seller and they stopped responding. Seller refused to refund the return shipping cost. I would be very cautious with this seller, as they did not deliver the item as advertised.

I tried finding this piece on the Bissell site and with live customer service, but I received a different piece that didn’t fit. The pictures were so helpful, and even though this was for a different model, it looked like a better fit. I was delighted to find that this was exactly the part I needed.
