    Compared to the red EL wire, it isn't a solid green, it is more of a yellow and green combo along the length. Other than that it works as expected. The price is reasonable. The kit is new as described. The only caveat is that it takes about 5 days to move to the mail system and the initial express logistics is anything but express. The seller processes orders quickly.

    The hat doesn't look like the picture, the angles are off. It came in a bag that didn't really protect it, so it showed up with a bent brim and various other creases. Shipping took 8 additional days. The seller offered me a partial refund of $10 and I get to keep it. If you go to the link for the hat now, it's only $7.99. I tried to get back $22 but the seller's broken English makes me think they are not "Located in: Missouri City, Texas, United States"
