Communication fast & friendly - if not always entirely helpful. Very lazy packaging. Despite being told "we have changed the packaging of the product" - the postal label was just slapped on the product box itself - without any outer padding or packaging. True - it seems to have arrived without any major damage - but it is taking a risk.
