Complaint raised but so far, crickets ... no response. Product was left leaning against my letter box which is 1.15km from the house on a country highway in plain sight of road users, out of sight of the house, despite easy access to the property. Message received that it was delivered but not where. Totally unacceptable!

    Absolutely brilliant service from this company. I ordered the heater at 4pm on Sunday, and it arrived perfectly packed on Tuesday @ 2.30pm. Wish all providers on here were as efficient with deliveries, AusPost are brilliant these days, and actually deliver your products. The heater is great, brand new, and extremely good value, looks great also and fits in perfectly.
