  Product arrived very well packed in bubble wrap in the middle of a box full of polystyrene chips - the chances of it getting damaged in transit were virtually nil. The Tureen itself was exactly as described - my wife was delighted with the replacement for a recently broken one. Overall very impressed with this particular merchant and will use them again.
