    Was not a pristine unboxed unused phone otherwise it's fine. The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

    I have received this apple mini ipad from the seller its supposed to be brand new open never used its not new at all because its filled with scratches left/right and on the top and it's also a different tablet than the photo what the seller put on. I've told him or her that I'm not happy with it. Seller said apple has restricted mail on those apps. I think this tablet is pinched and of this did not get wrote in the description. Asked seller a few times if its blocked and it avoided my answers

    The product didn't arrive as I expected it to. But I can't fault Travco Tel in other aspects, he communicated well, and he tried his best to resolve the issue and offered a partial refund. Unfortunately this just didn't work for me, he created no hassle for refund on return and I applaud him for his swift action. I would definitely be open to purchasing with him again. And it's a shame this transaction didn't go as either of us expected. But wonderful dealing with him otherwise
