Unfortunately the cooler was damaged in shipping, due to the original factory packing, even though the original box was well packed within outer box. Knowing the seller had done the best, I just informed what happened and made it clear that I would not return nor ask for refund.   5 star to this seller: 2 china mugs were wrapped better than I have ever seen, especially around the handle, with a a combination of bubble wrap, tissue and foam disks. Excellent. The 2 mugs are in mint conditions. Seller answered my question promptly. I would order from this sell again. Only with I had taken a picture and posted the excellent packaging. Thank you.
