A 5-star experience with this seller. Great stuff, all exactly as described. Her prices are better than most for similar items. She is thorough and was prompt in her responses, no matter how often I wrote her (I wrote her alot), and she helped me navigate e-bay. I did a pick-up and she drove 45 minutes to meet me for delivery (I only drove 15 minutes). Talk about great customer service!! I rate her an A++! I have her as a favorite and look forward to buying from her again.

The Dept 56 Hollydales I ordered arrived quickly and it was packed so very well to protect it.
