Despite this, we have always responded in a polite and courteous fashion. His order was sent by Evri as we stated, and as per his order tracking. The couriers have tried on four different occasions to deliver. The purchaser has bizarrely expected a refund when his order is still out for delivery. We will report this purchaser and we advise other sellers not to deal with him.
