Overall? A+ 5 * transaction!! Shipping was slow & sketchy at first. Communication was less than ideal! I think this is an honest but, slightly overwhelmed eBayer that you can trust! It took me quite a few reboots & some frustration to make it go. I could not even get it to boot at first... Then kept getting an error 43 w/the graphics... But now, I got my old PC going again like gangbusters!! THANX AGAIN :-)!! The brand new 400W PSU was a pleasant surprise to me.

BAD COMMUNICATION!!! I have tried to reach out after the transaction and everything goes IGNORED!! Everything I send gets IGNORED. I think that "AI" handles everything for this seller! Communication from them is sub-par to say the least. I do think that they are honest & all that! But, if you have a question or issue? GOOD LUCK!!
