    Item never shipped, so I’m unable to rate shipping or packaging. I made the purchase due to seller reducing the price. I immediately made payment and was soon contacted by the seller saying that he’d have to cancel the purchase because he accidentally put in the wrong discounted price. Seller should’ve eaten it and chalked it up to market tuition and learning, as have I when I made a mistake like that with a customer. He was more concerned about my online review than making it right.

    Very disappointed with this purchase. The seller claimed the jacket was dry cleaned, but it arrived uncleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clearly not as described. On top of that, the seller falsely stated they paid for shipping, even though I covered the shipping costs. The "money-back guarantee" they advertised turned out to be meaningless—no resolution or refund was offered despite the condition of the item. I would not trust this seller again.
