When I purchase a new purse for $250 and it arrives in less than pristine condition, I expect a little customer service. It took them days to respond, and their first reaction was to try to say it was advertised that way. 😡
The leather fringes on the purse were all wadded and kinked. I wasn’t even attempting to get a refund. All I asked for was advice on how to straighten the fringes. It took them forever to respond and their tone was snooty.
