Dispatch time 3-5 working days. Had to chase after the 5th day but once it was posted, I received the next day. I guess being such a well known charity, things can get pretty hectic at times so it’s totally understandable. Great communication otherwise and very happy with item. Model of freezer received was different to the images on listing but a genuine mistake that is understandable with items that have been donated. Thanks to excellent communication and customer service from Clara it was resolved without issue. Item was in perfect condition and packaged really well. We had to collect from the depot and the guys there were very helpful loading it into the car. Great customer service all round and would definitely recommend buying from this store.

Thank you very, very much for a speedy delivery of a well packaged item. It was a last minute buy for my son's birthday this Thursday and arrived this morning, 2 days early.
