  Seller is very careless IN SHIPPING A HEAVY ELECTRONIC PRODUCT IN LOOSE PACKING. The packaging was extremely bad and broken, item was broken, DAMAGED , became defective. The product was filled with dust and not cleaned. Seller offered $80 first and them $100 to avoid shipping cost and return of damaged item. I agreed to his request accepting his offer of $100. he never replied nor refunded. EBAY stepped in to refund partial amount. Thanks to EBAY.

  Seller's business is deception. Pictures on posting were not the actual item, this was discovered comparing the adds serial number on the item and the one received which were different. Item in posting was in perfect shape, fader measure lines intact and the front plate looking clean and all knobs there. Item received looks like it came from a warzone, it has 3 out of 4 corners smashed, the back where the connections are was smashed in, on of the faders is dead, knobs broken and faceplate is no.

  I can’t remember the last time I left negative feedback , so this will be a first. The item was a sensitive piece of equipment and it was put in a box 3x its size with little to zero protection and zero fragile stickers .Result was destroyed in transit. Sellers response was to offer a partial refund roughly 33% then when I did no goes radio silent. eBay stepped in and forced a full refund , thank goodness for the eBay protection .
