  Bag arrived moldy, musty, dusty, and dirty (old wrappers were still inside the bag.) It was also missing parts that are clearly visible in the image. I reached out to the seller to ask about the missing strap, but never heard back. Very disappointing.

  I sent you the missing strap, after i responded with apology. Go to REI (or better yet Backcountry) next time and buy new. Thanks for the feedback bomb though...bless your heart. enjoy!
