Hello. Please explain the reason for the refusal to send the purchased lot. I purchased this lot on May 6, 2024 and money was withdrawn from my account. But for some reason the item was not sent to me and the money was returned. Yesterday this lot was re-listed. On many lots it is written that they do not ship to the country of Israel, and in fact these lots are offered to me. Write that you are anti-Semitism and do not sell to Jews. Thank you

I'm very pleased with the jewelry. Packaging could be improved. The box was flimsy and got smashed during shipping, with one corner completely blown out. The outer wrapping kept everything inside, but it could have easily been damaged.
