    They sent me the wrong item (not synthetic safe). It was not what was in the pic or description. I contacted them, and they asked for pictures. I provided them, and I never heard back from them. I get it. Mistakes happen, but this isn't the way to deal with it. I will not be buying from them again. The nuetral rating is given out of kindness.
