  Though there was a delay in the shipment, the seller maintained full transparency and from what I can tell a similar problem is unlikely to impact another sale as it was a specific, unforeseen familial issue. The price of the item was initially fair, though after the shipping delay the seller included even more games with the unit to make up for it, increasing the value. The item was packaged well and received no damage during shipment, and appears and functions exactly as was described.

  I didn't actually get the item- but it wasn't the seller's fault and they were commutative with me and were quick to issue my refund. I'm bummed about the item, but this seller's customer service was effective and that should be recognized. We can't always get what we want, but when there is kindness it is hard to hold a grudge.   Item as described, new sealed in box. Very well packaged. Poor shipping. Order placed 12/27/24. Label printed 12/28/24. Item not received at USPS until 1/7/25 despite my request for quick shipping since it was a present. Item finally delivered 1/11/25. Because of this very slow shipping experience, I will not buy from this seller again. Ebay thinks this item shipped 12/28 because that's when the label was printed, but tracking says otherwise.

  Item as described. Took 2 weeks to give to the post office after I had gotten the tracking number, and that was after I emailed the seller. But the seller did mail it right away after that and I had it soon after.
