  Due to rough and abusive package handling by UPS, the lower and upper of one shoe had separated, rendering it unusable. The package arrived wet with a surface temperature of 135℉; UPS does not A/C their cargo or their drivers. On the day of delivery it was 114℉ here. The package arrived at 4pm, so had been in the truck since morning; it's likely the heat had caused the shoe's glue to lose adhesion. Nonetheless, the seller issued an immediate refund.   After negotiating/haggling with the seller I did manage to talk them down a tiny bit, which I honestly was just trying to offset shipping costs. The pan arrived well-packaged and just as expected, and after some elbow grease and frustration I got her shining like new! Excited for part 2 of my growing collection--these are the pans my mom had growing up and I've always wanted some old-fashioned good-quality cookware. The cherry on top: this was wayy cheaper than other websites/sellers. Thank you!
