    Very disappointed. I will not use this company ever again. UpFix stated they would replace the display and replace other items known to fail. But all they did was charge me to inspect my board and tell me the cost to repair it would be higher than purchasing a new one. New ones are not available anymore. I went to another company. The other company replaced the display, the other known failure items and gave me a two-year warranty.

    This repair service did not work for my control board. Maybe the control board was not the issue in the first place... Worth the cost to try compared to purchasing new. Washer has just been replaced as I did not want to throw more parts at it. UpFix had the board for about a week so about two week door-to-door including round trip shipping. Communication was good as I received email updates during the process. Item was well packaged for the return shipment.
