An excellent transaction, and the seller was very communicative. The item arrived with a small dent on the top that didn’t appear in the listing, despite being well-wrapped in bubble wrap. I informed the seller and a suitable arrangement for a partial refund was arrived at. Very happy with the item and the seller!

The seller communication was good, the item was packaged well, when the item arrived, it had a slight crack which I don’t know if it was like that or if it got damaged during shipping and there were some minor problems but it was easy to fix, overall a positive purchase

This purchase was plagued by shipping problems. Fedex was unwilling to deliver to my apartment address and package was returned to seller. Package was resent to a local receiving address and arrived damaged. Total shipping time was a full month. The seller responded well and communication was good throughout. Seller is now processing insurance claim (I provided photos) and we have agreed on full refund. This purchase was fraught, but I would willingly work with seller again.

The fan is even more beautiful in person. However upon inspection of the item it was found that some of the glass panels were damaged during shipping. I can tell from the at the time of the photos in the listing there was no damage or defects within the small panels of the stained glass. Seller made good attempt to protect the glass in the packaging - Seller shipped through FedEx. Seeing as I would like to keep the item, but received it damaged as soon in photos, leaves this experience Neutral.
