The item was cut and re welded Not in the description at all . Ask for a partial refund value around $ 100. Min. And seller sent $45.00 and then would never reply back afterwards . So I feel he has earned this feedback buyer beware note he had the same item item for sale in his store for $ 125.00 .Also we are shippers and have a store I was overcharged for shipping

We offered buyer to return the item for a full refund. The buyer really wanted to keep the item and did not want to go forward with a return. Then we asked them how much of a partial refund they want, and they specified $45. That is what we refunded them. Not sure what else they want.
