    I purchased a new roof from seller and several days later I checked on the tracking of the package. UPS notified me that the package was lost and I should contact the seller which I did and also contacted eBay notifying them of the missing item. The eBay system gave me the choice of either a refund or selecting a replacement. I chose replacement, the seller then gave me a refund and blocked me from purchasing another. Terrible customer service, go elsewhere with your business.

    Abolustly correct. Your inability to follow instructions and listen makes you a dangerous customer so you have been banned. You ended up getting the item AND YOUR MONEY BACK HENCE SCAMMING US. BLOCKED
