    The seller is very cooperative, and the shipment was exactly as described, it arrived to me in the box and factory packaging, no additional packaging or protection. Unfortunately, it was a very stressful experience with USPS - International Shipping which took about a month to deliver the shipment, I purchased the item on January 13, USPS has not updated the shipment status since January 27, which may be due to loss, damage or theft of the shipment. I advise everyone to deal with the seller

    Quality was used and the condition was good, and it would have been a great value if I would have received the correct charger that was listed. The appearance showed signs of usage but was in workable condition. Seller was willing to make it right, But I did not want to spend the extra money to ship back. So, I opted to keep the charger I was delivered even though it was an older charger and not the one I was expecting. Seller made an honest mistake, and I am fine with my purchase.
