Item defective upon testing, returning was quite a hassle. Filed a defective item complaint with eBay in which the seller requested a YouTube video of the defective operation. Also sent photos of item with their directions and packaging. Seller then responds directions incorrect even though they provided them. Then they approve the return but I have to pay return shipping and they'll reimburse me. Got eBay customer service manually involved and seller then refunded. Lots of delay tactics!

I purchased the Weather Station Clock from this vendor for about $28 and when I received it, it didn’t work as either the clock or the transmitter is defective. I reported the problem to the vendor in China where the product came from. I told the vendor that I wanted a refund of my $28, instead they offered me a refund of $6.25 or 5GBP! Fellow EBay buyers, stay Away from this vendor as their product is defective and they try to keep the bulk of your money!! FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!!!!
