I never received the product, I contacted them and they tell me that they can't do anything because it says delivery, I told them to talk to the shipping company and they tell me that they can't do anything that I have to do it as I am the one who paid for the shipping, very bad service to have a problem with a delivery

Terrible experience. The light has went out twice, this is the second time I've had to purchase this. From this cellar, won't do that again. The customer service is terrible, they take days to respond, and you have to reach out to them multiple times. This transaction took roughly a month to complete. They sent the wrong item at first, I sent it back, asked if The correct one could be priority mailed, it wasn't. I ordered this on the 11th, I finally got it on the 30th. Terrible experience.
