The seller was excellent in communications between ourselves. Item shipped fast and arrived undamaged looking at the outside. When plugged I was receiving a integrity memory failure message. Seller indicated he did not have another laptop currently & asked me to return for refund. He asked me to open a case with Ebay. Once he received the information about the case he immediately sent me a shipping label to return the laptop,
for refund.

Attempted to contact this seller several times. Never a responce. Seller sold a laptop with a charger too small, plus there was no key code for the windows 10 running on it. Not sure if that's even legal. Now there is an annoying message on the screen telling us to provide it a key code. Be very careful when buying from this seller.
