  The seller was excellent in communications between ourselves. Item shipped fast and arrived undamaged looking at the outside. When plugged I was receiving a integrity memory failure message. Seller indicated he did not have another laptop currently & asked me to return for refund. He asked me to open a case with Ebay. Once he received the information about the case he immediately sent me a shipping label to return the laptop, for refund. He was very professional and great to work with!!
