    The doll arrived in terrible condition, her whole face was blue. The doll was wrapped in blue paper, which colored the face and clothes. The seller refused to compensate, but only offered a refund, which does not suit me due to some life situations. I do not recommend this seller, unless of course you want a blue doll.

    I’m really sorry you weren’t happy with your purchase. I wasn’t aware of the issue with the clothes, and I offered a refund with the return, though the freight-forwarding service may have complicated things. For the marks, you could try dabbing on some rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide—it might help.
