Item wasn't described correctly. I mailed the item to back to seller per his request. I paid the return postage. He refuses to refund my monies. $30.00 loss. This is a scam for a 82 year old senior citizen. Dishonest seller.

I never refused to refund the buyer, in fact, I offered them a full refund and let them know I can send them a return label once the return was opened. Even after multiple reminders to open a return through ebay for a full refund, they never opened a return, instead they decided to send the item back outside of ebay. They were refunded the initial amount they paid including shipping for the item but not the return shipping cost because it was done outside of ebay.
