    Though the hat didn't fit, the seller's quick, positive response made the transaction painless. It arrived two weeks EARLIER than the estimates. That never happens! The hat itself is soft but structured, doesn't feel cheap and for $15, is a good deal. It was just too small for my head (or my head was just too big for the hat!). I contacted them about returning it. They replied in less than 12 hrs that they'd issue a refund and that I can keep the hat and gift it to someone. Thank you!!!

    First and foremost, this was a very tight timeline and wow did this seller deliver! Everything they promised was true! Secondly, the suits they delivered were excellent! I bought 5 suits for friends for my wedding and they looked fantastic. There was a problem with one of the suit sizes and I merely mentioned it to the seller and they immediately offered a refund. In summary; beautiful suits at a fraction of what you would expect to spend, great delivery, great customer service!

    Seller wasn't pleased with the final bid price and refuses to send the item. Stated they would ship and provide a tracking number but after repeated requests, they never did. They started numerous auctions at a low price and cancelled every auction just moments before they closed with only one or two low bids. Seller is a scammer and ebay allows this practice to continue. Deal with this scammer at your own risk.

    I didn't mean to deceive, it doesn't benefit me in any way. I wrote the wrong selling price due to negligence. I contacted you before you made the payment, hoping that you would not make the payment and explaining that it was my mistake that caused the product to be sold. But you didn't listen and paid immediately, so I'm sorry I can't sell the product at such a low price.
