    I am very happy with this Soldering Station...initially I received a defective unit. ($HIT HAPPEN$). This company was on top of things. They immediately offered to replace the unit or a full refund, NO questions asked. I accepted a replacement which I received quickly. The replacement works wonderfully, with many features.     Arrived missing power cord and gloves with a damaged mold, it arrived box open and damaged. I can’t test the machine because I don’t have a power cord to turn it on. Sales are making up or it and sending the missing items so I can’t complain much on that. If it works I’m happy, if not they said they will replace it. Good service.

    i recieved an email from them to double check my scales measurements. so I tried to change them but the itrm was already shipped. I was able to make do with two of the scales but have tosend one back for correct size. very happy with the product and the company so far. will have to see how the exchange goes.
