    The item arrived defective, whether it be from damage during shipping or etc. I worked it out with the seller to get a partial refund in order to fix the product, but after working on it for several hours the item showed even more defects that I didn’t notice before. The skates arrived broken, the charging indicator didn’t display properly, and the base was uneven and wobbly. Eventually the seller gave a full refund and allowed me to keep the item without needing the hassle of returning it.

    Although item arrived damaged, seller issued a same day refund, and even offered to let us keep the damaged items. Given that the damage may have happened in Transit, and their willingness to assure our satisfaction. Not only would I deal with them again, I would encourage you to do the same
