    New message from: enjoystore_3 As per the product description in the photo, if you select Economy Shipping, the item will be shipped in a bag. We do not compensate for any damage to the box. Above is the response I received to my direct feedback sent to the seller. All 3 packages arrived with dents. Spend the extra money to have your product packaged better to prevent having it shoved inside mailbox. Product description does not say package "ships" in poly bag.

    Seller is great! The shipping went quick and was for a plush packaged normally and not too excessively. The plushies look exactly as they looked in the pictures. Only thing I am saddened about is that the size described is actually from head to tail, I had thought it was from head to bottom, so its smaller than I thought it would be. Aside from that, everything is perfect and looks good. If I ever see something I'd like to buy and this seller has it, I would definitely come knocking here. A+!

    My order came sooner than I anticipated! The item was new in box and was great quality with no defects. This was the best value for this set I found online, and was worth shipping it from overseas as it was a better value than the USA version of this set. The seller packed it nicely with bubble wrap to ensure it would arrive safely. I would order from this shop again!

    The seller was very communicative and shipped the item faster than expected. They also worked with me on an issue I had with the condition of the item and resolved the issue in a timely and respectable manner. Would highly recommend. I just hope that they revise their packaging for overseas packages in the future to avoid damages in transit.

    In amazing condition, the quality was just as great as in the picture, and I live in the US so the shipping obviously took a bit of time since the seller is shipping from Japan I think? The value seemed to be on point to the price. The item had to no damage, and was in box like the picture, and looked just like I had bought it from anywhere else.
