Don't have a good taste form my purchase. Seller has refused to answer my basic questions after I purchased my item. Such as "when you say we have informed the shipper, are you selling these yourself or are you selling these on behalf of others" also I asked "are these items located in Japan where you are based or elsewhere". He/she never answered my question although I asked them twice. Fulfillment time too long. My item had snags in 2 areas not shown in photos. Im keeping it but not very happy

Seller messages me saying order was shipped to the wrong address and when I ask for an update completely ghosts me. I still haven’t received my package or any type of communication from the seller whatsoever. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this seller. I paid a lot of money for this item that I have yet to recieve. Seller is very sketchy too!!! After buying, I noticed another listing with the exact same pics of the item I purchased! Asked the seller about this & they said they have “no idea”. LIES!!!
