    Absolute nightmare, "cowboys". They sent the wrong O-ring and casually admitted they “might have mixed it up in the bag.” Communication was a joke — replies were vague, dismissive, and never answered my actual questions. To make matters worse, the return label they provided wasn’t even trackable, leaving me with no security in the return process. This is beyond careless — it’s unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this seller at all costs.

    Dear Gustavo, we are sorry that you were not happy with the service we provided. We never received back the o-ring which was to be returned, so we were unable to ascertain if you received the correct item or not. Despite this you were refunded in full.
