Hoodie as described. The reason for a neutral review is that the item took 3 weeks to arrive & lack of seller communication. After a week with no change in order status, I contacted seller and it took an additional 5 days to receive a response. I understand things happen and issues occur, but taking 5 days to respond, after a week had already passed since the purchase, and having to contact the seller myself to receive an update, is a little absurd. Other than that, decent experience.
