The item arrived in the expected time frame. The item was advertised as used and it appears to be on good condition. The seller wrapped the motherboard in bubble wrap to protect it during shipping. I would purchase from this seller again. I had purchased the same model from the seller with a credit card that I no longer had. I contacted the seller and he agreed to cancel the order. I reordered it with an updated, valid card.

Paid for an item HE DID NOT HAVE (said "3 available"). He issued a tracking number to change status to "Shipped", THEN tells me he doesn't have the item. He tried to substitute an inferior motherboard. I rejected it and messaged for a refund. Twice he messaged that he refunded me, but it was a lie. Now the automated system wouldn't allow me to request a refund, saying I had to wait until I received and returned the "shipped" item which, of course, would never arrive. Opened a case for the refund
